The Engagement

Hillsides, in Revolution Office's own structure

Problem, solution and documented result. The way every engagement is reported.

  1. Problem

Hillsides needed a major upgrade to its copier and printer fleet. The organization was managing multiple contracts and lacked data visibility across its devices. The existing equipment was outdated, and leadership was looking for a solution that could deliver six-figure savings and increase reporting capability, without disrupting operations.

  2. Solution

Revolution Office evaluated every active contract and proposed a consolidated plan. Devices were upgraded, software was reconfigured and better reporting tools were introduced. By making better use of existing hardware, Revolution Office was also able to offer a three-month grace period with no payments, to ease the transition.

  3. Result

Hillsides saved $500,000, cutting copier and printer costs by 45% against the previous agreement. Most machines were upgraded to color, productivity improved across departments, and meaningful data visibility was restored. Revolution Office also provided a donation to support the organization’s work with families.

Revolution Office consolidated all of our leases into a single convenient agreement that saved us nearly $500k. Many of our machines were upgraded to color and our staff has become more productive as a result of our new copier/printer fleet.

About This Engagement

Questions about the Hillsides engagement

How was the Hillsides baseline established?

Through the standard assessment: every device inventoried with model, serial and meter, every lease, service and supply cost line consolidated, and utilization measured per device. The savings figure is stated against that measured baseline, not against a quote.

How long did the transition take?

Implementation was staged site by site with network and driver deployment, staff training and a zero-gap cutover, so no location lost print capability during the change.

Could we speak to this client?

Yes. References are available during the assessment stage, matched to your sector and size.
