The Engagement

Goodwill Southern California, in Revolution Office's own structure

Problem, solution and documented result. The way every engagement is reported.

  1. Problem

Goodwill Southern California had a big problem with their copier/printer technology: high costs, an aging fleet, and a lack of reliability and reporting.

  2. Solution

After a careful analysis, Revolution Office configured a new fleet with vastly increased performance. Duplicate high-volume machines provided added reliability while adding new features such as lamination. Additionally, implementing a cloud-based Uniflow software solution offered more internal controls and helped the organization track expenses.

  3. Result

Revolution Office saved Goodwill $300,000 and also made a generous donation to the nonprofit. Goodwill's printshop is now able to provide additional services to internal customers while also generating new revenue from outside customers as well.

I'm grateful to the Revolution Office team for the savings of $300,000 and for their attention to detail. The transition to our new machines was seamless, they made it simple for us and followed through on all their commitments.

About This Engagement

Questions about the Goodwill Southern California engagement

How was the Goodwill Southern California baseline established?

Through the standard assessment: every device inventoried with model, serial and meter, every lease, service and supply cost line consolidated, and utilization measured per device. The savings figure is stated against that measured baseline, not against a quote.

How long did the transition take?

Implementation was staged site by site with network and driver deployment, staff training and a zero-gap cutover, so no location lost print capability during the change.

Could we speak to this client?

Yes. References are available during the assessment stage, matched to your sector and size.
