Multi-Site Organizations
An environment that grew faster than anyone tracked it.
Print environments are never bought. They accumulate: one device at a time, across sites and budget cycles, until no one can say what is out there. At scale, that is not a cost problem. It is a visibility problem.
One agreement, however many sites

What We Find
The pattern in this sector
Written for CFOs, VPs of operations and IT leadership.
No consolidated view of devices, volume or cost across the footprint
Service quality that varies by how close the site is to a technician
Remote sites quietly running without consistent support
Rollouts that cannot afford downtime at any location
Reporting assembled by hand, quarterly, from several sources
What Changes
After the assessment
One agreement, one invoice, one number
Every location on the same program, the same commitment and the same reporting.
Zero-gap cutover
Staged site by site with network and driver deployment and user training. Locations do not lose print during transition.
Lease obligations absorbed
We routinely pay off remaining obligations where the arithmetic still nets ahead, $550,000 in one engagement.
Reporting by site
Cost, volume and utilization broken out by location, so sites can finally be compared on the same basis.

For Operations Leaders
Questions multi-site organizations ask
We do not know what devices we have. Where do you start?
With discovery. Every device on every site is recorded with make, model, serial and meter, whether or not it appears on a lease, so the first deliverable is simply an accurate inventory. Most organizations find 10 to 20 percent more devices than they believed they had.
How do you serve regions where you have no local presence?
Through a national service network coordinated centrally by Revolution Office. Each site has the same accountable partner and escalation path, whether it is in Los Angeles or a remote location.
Our sites are small and far apart. Can you cover all of them?
Yes. Every site, including the ones no local dealer serves, can be coordinated through one accountable partner. Children’s Institute runs 35 locations this way, PATH 19.
We are mid-lease with another vendor. Can we still move?
Yes. Lease buyouts are modeled into the savings projection so you can see whether moving before term still nets out ahead. In most engagements it does, because the buyout is a one-time figure and the overspend is recurring. Where it does not, we say so and schedule the transition to the lease end.
