    SUCCESS STORIES

See what just a few of our biggest fans are saying about their experience with Revolution Office.

    Armanino LLP

    Problem:

After years of organic growth and acquisitions, CPA firm Armanino LLP recognized the need for a review of their copier and printer technology. With 93 devices in 14 locations, Armanino LLP struggled with multiple vendors, various brands of equipment, and 19 different lease and serviceagreements. Seeking a significant cost reduction, Armanino LLP conducted a highly-competitive RFP process with the additional goals of centralizing account management and eliminating costly personal printers while maintaining data privacy.

    Solution:

Revolution Office partnered with Armanino LLP to upgrade and standardize equipment, pay off remaining leaseobligations, and improve technical and customer service experiences. All 19 lease and service agreements were consolidated into a single program agreement and implementation was carefully planned in multiple stages to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

    Result:

Armanino LLP saved $817,000 over the five year lease term in addition to the $340,000 that Revolution Office paid in their remaining lease obligations. The entire Armanino LLP fleet was upgraded in all 14 locations, plus Papercut print software was implemented, providing meaningful data reporting and increased data security while reducing waste and virtually eliminating all costly personal printers.

    Lockton Pacific

    Problem:

As the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firm, Lockton Companies devotes significant resources to copy, print and scanning needs. Two years into a three year contract with a major copier manufacturer, Lockton identified a number of development areas. While reasonably satisfied with product performance, Lockton contacted Revolution Office seeking an improvement in account management and a meaningful reduction in costs for six offices in their Pacific Division.

    Solution:

Revolution Office performed an extensive review of Lockton’s document technology operations, analyzing their current fleet and assessing the potential for technology upgrades. Identifying a number of solutions to improve technical and customer service, while also reducing costs, Revolution Office implemented a plan to upgrade Lockton’s printer/scanner/copier fleet, to pay off remaining lease obligations, and to significantly improve the overall customer experience.

    Result:

Revolution Office significantly upgraded Lockton’s document technology, reduced Lockton’s costs by $105,000 and also paid off their remaining lease obligations. Uptime increased considerably, resulting in productivity gains that allow Lockton to remain focused on their mission. As a result of technology upgrades and improved technical support, customer satisfaction reached an all-time high.
