The TiVo merger also introduced fleet redundancy and overcapacity. As an existing provider to TiVo, Xperi turned to Revolution Office for a solution. 2. 02 Solution We assessed the needs of the merged organization and proposed a plan to right-size, refresh, and reduce the cost of the TiVo fleet.
