Going into 2020 the fleet was outdated and expensive, its contracts were expiring, and COVID-19 made facility timelines uncertain. The organization issued a formal RFP with three objectives: reduce cost, keep flexibility as sites changed, and hold service quality. 2. 02 Solution A standardized, monitored and centrally supported fleet on a single agreement, with reporting by site.
