   Head-Royce School is a nationally recognized K–12 independent school in Oakland, California, founded in 1887 and serving around 900 students. The school was looking to improve on the status quo: high costs for copier and printer technology, mediocre service, and aging equipment.

   Revolution Office built a plan that paid off the existing leases, refreshed the entire fleet and automated toner replenishment. The school moved to the simplicity of a single invoice and detailed service level agreements backed by performance guarantees.
